Skill Development and Employment Program For People With Disabilities

Nabet India has been extensively been working for the inclusion of the differently abled and the underprivileged into the mainstream inclusion of the differently abled and the underprivileged beneficiaries. People with disabilities inspite of their impairment can hugely contribute towards the progress of their community and the employer they serve. Unfortunately they are confined to a very few  opportunities and are excessively dependent on only the government sector for their employment .There is an urgent need to address the issue of unemployment among the differently abled  communities. 

Nabet india is also working for the economic empowerment and the skill development of the transgender community by identifying opportunities of employment for them.

Without opportunities for employment the communities served by us are left vulnerable and excessively dependent on donations and charities for their survival. By skilling them on industry relevant skills we ensure that our differently abled resources are given an opportunity to be respected for their work and to be considered as an equal and contributing member of the society. 

The identified beneficiaries are trained on courses which they have an interest in and also have multiple opportunities for sustained and regular employment. The program is done with the intent to ensure that on completion , the beneficiaries can be seamlessly integrated into the workplace of the employer
