Program for Employment for the differently abled
Many differently abled beneficiaries find it difficult to complete their education and drop out before completing their high school. This makes them ineligible to get employment in many companies. They keep the same expectation of growth from live and seek an opportunity to reclaim their economic independence. In order to ensure we identify opportunities for self employment for the differently abled and we skill train the differently abled to prepare them for these opportunities. We also skill train the beneficiaries served in manufacturing of product and services which can involve the differently abled in the life cycle of the product. The intention behind this program is to prepare the differently abled to get employed inspite of them not completing their education. The manufactured products are of superior quality and are sourced and supported by leading corporates. The manufacturing of the product creates opportunities of employment for numerous differently abled and ensures sustained and long term livelihood opportunitiesÂ
